Pearl Hawaii’s credit card program will be undergoing a conversion from February 21st to 27th, 2022. With this transition, some of your current systems in relation to your credit cards may be affected.

PEARL WALLET
Pearl Wallet is Pearl Hawaii’s customizable card solution. Cardholders can review their card transactions, set alerts, develop controls, make payments, report a card as lost or stolen, and add or remove the cards they wish to manage.
You can now use Pearl Wallet to view and control your credit cards!
Pearl Hawaii’s Credit Card Changes
- Your monthly statement will have a new format
- Your payment address will change. The new payment address will be P.O. Box 60510, City of Industry, CA 91716-0510. This address will also be listed on your new monthly credit card statements. You may begin sending payments to this address on 2/28/22.
- Card numbers, expiration dates, and your card verification code (CVC) will change
- We will be transitioning from a Visa card to a Mastercard
- Members who also have a debit card will be able to see their credit card with the same login to Pearl Wallet and PHFCUOnline. You will be able to register your credit cards on 2/28/22.
- Automated Fraud Alerts will be available.
- Mobile Wallets (Google, Apple, Samsung, Fitbit, and Garmin) will be available.
- Our rewards program will be changing to CURewards.
- Pearl Wallet web version will be launched.

WHAT IS STAYING THE SAME?

REWARDS PROGRAM
- Rewards will be changing from ScoreCard Rewards to CURewards (a new link coming soon).
- Transactions that post to your account on 2/3/22 or later will earn reward points on CURewards.
- If you would like to still redeem a reward on ScoreCard Rewards, you can do so until 3/5/22.
- Any points remaining that are not redeemed by 3/5/22 will be transferred over to CURewards. Points will be reflected between 3/7/22 – 3/15/22.
CREDIT CARD UPGRADE TIMELINE

2/3/22 | Transactions that post to your account on 2/3/22 or later will earn reward points on CURewards.
2/4/22 – 2/14/22 | Cards will be mailed out. Please expect the card on or before 2/24/22.
2/21/22 – 2/26/22 | There will be an interruption with processing over-the-counter payments, cash advances, address changes, and manual adjustments. Although we will be able to accept payments, the transaction will not be posted to your account until after the conversion date. These services will resume on 2/28/22.
2/25/22 | Conversion begins
2/26/22 | To avoid an interruption in services, please stop using your Visa credit card at 10 pm HST.
2/27/22 | Conversion ends. Make sure your new card has been activated. You may begin using your new MasterCard.
2/28/22 | Over-the-counter payments, cash advances, address changes, and manual adjustments will resume. Pearl Wallet web version launches. Additionally, you may begin enrolling in your Pearl Hawaii Credit Cards.
3/5/22 | Last day Pearl Platinum Reward cardholders will be able to redeem points on ScoreCard Rewards. Any points remaining that are not redeemed by 3/5/2022 will be transferred over to CURewards.
3/7/22 – 3/15/22| Points will be reflected on CURewards.
April | You will be able to log into PHFCUOnline and gain access to Pearl Wallet without signing in twice.

What is the official date of conversion?
The conversion process will begin on 2/25/22. The conversion will be complete on 2/27/22.
Will my card number change?
Yes, your credit card numbers will change.
Will you receive a new card?
Yes, you will receive a new MasterCard credit card to replace your Visa credit card.
Will the 24/7 Card Service phone number be the same?
Yes, you can still contact 808.73.PHFCU (808.737.4328) for activation, PIN changes, lost or stolen cards, or for assistance, In addition, you can call: Card Activation: 800-631-3197, PIN Now: 888-886-0083.
Will there be an interruption in service while using the card? If I use my card, could I be declined?
To avoid an interruption in services, please stop using your old card on 2/26/22 and have your new card activated on 2/27/22.
Will I be able to see my credit card information through PHFCUOnline? Can I see online transactions, pending activity, payment information, or e-statements?
You will still be able to access your credit card information from PHFCUOnline. The last day to access the current ezcardinfo.com is 2/24/22. Beginning on 2/28/22, you may also register, view your account, enroll in electronic statements, and make a payment through Pearl Wallet.
Will there be an interruption with my statements?
You will continue to receive your statements.
What services will be interrupted?
On 2/21/22, there will be an interruption with processing over-the-counter cash advances. On 2/24/22, payments, address changes, and manual adjustments will temporarily be interrupted. Although we will be able to accept payments, the transaction will not be posted to your account until after the conversion date. These services will resume on 2/28/22.
Will my Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) change?
Your PIN will change. On 2/27/22 or later, you can call 808.737.4328 or 888.886.0083 to select your PIN.
If I did a preauthorized or recurring ACH bill with my PHFCU Visa Card, do I need to make any changes?
Yes, you will receive a new MasterCard credit card, and your existing card number, verification code, and expiration date will change. You will have to change the information provided to companies where you have an existing recurring transaction, preauthorized transaction, or if you pay a bill utilizing an ACH transaction.
Does the address to where I send my payment change?
Yes, the new payment address will be P.O.Box 60510, City of Industry, CA 91716-0510. This address will also be listed on your new monthly credit card statements. You may begin sending payments to this address on or after 2/27/22.
Will my credit card payment date change?
Your payment due date will remain the same, which is on the 27th of every month.
I set up my monthly Visa payment as an automatic transfer via ACH from the ezcardinfo.com website. Do I have to make any changes?
Yes, if you have any future dated payments set after 2/24/22, you will need to reestablish the payment on PHFCUOnline or Pearl Wallet. Additionally, any recurring autopay setup will have to be set up for the due date of the 27th.
I have a monthly payment set-up automatically. Do I have to make any changes?
Yes, you will need to change the payment address. The new payment address will be P.O.Box 60510, City of Industry, CA 91716-0510. This address will also be listed on your new monthly credit card statements. You may begin sending payments to this address on or after 2/27/22.
If I make my card payment with PHFCUOnline, will I be able to continue to do so? May I still transfer payments?
Yes, these services will still be available once the conversion is complete.
I have someone joint on my Credit Card, will this affect them?
Their information will also be transferred and they will also receive a new card.
I have a Platinum Card, what will happen to my points?
Your points will be transferred to the new card.

Review your transaction history, click on a disputed transaction, select a dispute reason and submit the dispute. It’s that easy!
