Your Pearl Hawaii Credit Card Payment
Pearl Hawaii Federal Credit Union’s credit card program underwent a conversion on July 9th. With this transition, members who paid their credit cards with automatic payments may have been affected.
Please note, that this change is only temporary. During 2022, we will be undergoing a conversion to an improved system with added free services tailored especially for you. For details concerning some of these services, please visit CARD UPGRADE.

FIRST

SECOND
Before you can make a credit card payment, you will need to create a payment account. Please follow the below steps.

STEP 1
From the top menu, please select MANAGE PAYMENT ACCOUNTS.
STEP 2
Select which account you would prefer to make a payment from. CHOOSE CHECKING OR SAVINGS.
STEP 3
Provide the account information.
1 | NAME ON ACCOUNT – Member name
2 | FINANCIAL INSTITUTION – Pearl Hawaii Federal Credit Union
3 | ACCOUNT NUMBER – If you are unsure what your complete account number is, please call us at 808.737.4328 or send us a message through secured messaging once you log into your account through Online Banking.
4 | ROUTING NUMBER – 321380328
5| ACCOUNT NICKNAME – Please name the account based on your preference.
STEP 4
A window will pop up on the right, please VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER.
STEP 5
Next, please VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT and CREATE ACCOUNT.
STEP 6
Once your account is added, you will be able to make a payment. Please move on to THIRD | Making a Payment.
THIRD
Choose if you want to make a ONE-TIME PAYMENT or RECURRING PAYMENT.

STEP 1
From the top menu, please SELECT THE PAYMENT ACCOUNT you just created.
STEP 2
Choose a preference for your payment amount.
MINIMUM BALANCE | You can make a payment based on the minimum balance due.
CURRENT BALANCE | You can pay the entire balance that is currently on your card (The Current Balance is your last Statement Balance and recent charges combined).
STATEMENT BALANCE | You can pay only the last statement balance (the amount you charged in the previous month, not including your recent charges).
LAST PAYMENT | You can duplicate the last payment that you made.
OTHER AMOUNT | Specify the amount you would like to pay.
STEP 3
Choose the payment date.
STEP 4
Please VERIFY YOUR PAYMENT IS CORRECT.
STEP 5
You will receive a confirmation with your confirmation code. In addition, this information will be emailed to you.

Choose a preference for your payment amount.
MINIMUM DUE| You can make a payment based on the minimum balance due.
STATEMENT BALANCE | You can pay only the last statement balance (the amount you charged in the previous month, not including your recent charges).
FIXED AMOUNT | You can specify that you would like a set amount paid to your card on a monthly basis.
STEP 3
Choose the payment date.
STEP 4
Please VERIFY YOUR PAYMENT IS CORRECT.
STEP 5
You will receive a confirmation with your confirmation. In addition, this information will be emailed to you.
