Branch Manager

Pay Rate: Starting Salary Range | $60,000 – $84,000 per year

Location: Honolulu – Hokua Branch

This position has the full responsibility for the management of a branch office to include the procurement of growth in membership, loans, and deposits and to provide supervision over all MSS and Loan Officer personnel and branch operational and lending functions of this branch office. Champions all product sales efforts and facilitates the coordination of manpower, process improvement, education and other available resources with other applicable departments company wide.

Group Life Insurance – No cost to employee (Benefit is equal to 150% of annual pay).
Group AD&D Insurance – No cost to employee (Benefit is equal to 150% of annual pay).
Long Term Disability Insurance – No cost to employee (Benefit is equal to up to 66% of base salary until normal retirement age).

Flexible Spending Account

Flexible Spending Account, which allows employees to pay certain qualified expenses (such as health insurance premiums, co-pays, prescriptions, dependent care expenses) on a pre-tax basis thereby reducing their total taxable income and increasing their spendable/take-home income.

Personal Support

College tuition assistance upon approval. When an employee takes a course at a college or university that is related to their job, the employee will be reimbursed for tuition dependent upon grade achieved.
Employee Assistance Program (Confidential Counseling Service).
Additional provided classes or webinars available through Hawaii Credit Union League and other vendors.

Recreational

Staff is invited to participate in community activities.
Social Events – Company allots funds per year for staff activities and events.
