Q | How Do I Setup A Transfer To Another Credit Union Or Bank Where I Have Another Account?

A | Once logged in, click on Transfers in the mobile app or navigate to Transfer and Bill Pay -> Make a Transfer on the website. From there, click on Add Account.

You will need to validate your external account in order to do this. To validate your account, two deposits will be made into your external account. The length of the process is dependent on when you verify what deposits are made, but it typically takes 1-3-business days for the initial deposit to be made.
