IDCheck for Shared Branching
Changes are coming to shared branching. Effective 5/1/2025, there will be a new ID Check Program.
IDCheck by Co-op
- This program helps to verify and confirm a member’s identity.
- Applies when an out-of-state ID or US Passport is presented for any shared branch withdrawals. This rule does not apply to transfers.
- Manual verification required for Military IDs or members with no smartphone. Cash/check withdrawal limits will apply.
Verification Process
- Open camera on smart phone and scan QR code.
- Type the name of your home credit union.
- Enter your account number and last 4 digits of your SSN.
- Review Terms and Consent form.
- Upload a copy of front and back of your ID as well as a selfie.
- You will then receive an access code that is good for 20 minutes.
- Say “yes” to “Option to Save Validation” to expedite future transactions
