Simplified Card Management!

Starting July 15, 2025, managing your Pearl Hawaii FCU debit and credit cards will be easier than ever! You will be able to access everything with a single login to Pearl Hawaii’s online and mobile banking platform—no need for a separate app. Access the new Card Management tool from the Manage Accounts > Card Management menu.

The new Card Management tool offers a variety of convenient features:

• View Full Card Details: Easily access your full card number, CVV, and expiration date by clicking on the ‘View Details’ link.
• Temporarily Block/Unblock Your Card: Use this feature to block all transactions on your card temporarily and unblock it when you are ready to use it again by clicking the ‘Block this card’ button.
• Click on your card to access additional features.
• Personalized Card Alerts:
  • Get notified every time your card is used. Great tool to identify fraudulent transactions!
  • Receive alerts for international transactions.
  • Set limits on transactions or specific types of purchases.
  • Customize alerts for different merchant categories.
• Card Controls:
  • Block specific types of transactions (like international purchases or certain merchant categories).
  • Block transaction that exceed custom limits or restrict certain types of transactions entirely.
• Update Registration:
  • Create a distinct contact method to receive your card alerts.
  • To receive SMS text alerts, you must first enable your phone number to receive text messages via the Settings > Contact > Phone Number page.
  • For Teen Accounts, Parents can add their phone number to their Teen’s Phone Number page to receive SMS text alerts.
  • Push notifications are not available.
• Permanently Block Your Card: In case your card is lost or stolen, you can block it immediately using the ‘Replacement Options’ tool.
• Travel Notices: Easily place a travel notice when you are traveling out of state.
• Balance Transfers: Transfer credit card balances from other financial institutions to your Pearl Hawaii credit card.
• Reward Points: Access your credit card reward points information directly.

Helpful Tips for Transitioning to the New Card Management Tool:

• Stop using Pearl Wallet: Please discontinue using Pearl Wallet on 7/15/2025. Make a list of the features that you use in Pearl Wallet. You will need to recreate them in the new Card Management tool.
• Transfer Alerts and Controls: Recreate your card alerts and/or controls in the new Card Management tool. Your existing alerts and controls will not transfer over.
• Temporary Block in Pearl Wallet: If your card is temporarily blocked in Pearl Wallet, please unblock your card before 7/15/2025. After our transition to the new Card Management tool, you can reapply the block if desired. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not unblock your card by 7/15/2025, you will not be able to access it through the new Card Management tool and will need to contact Pearl Hawaii directly for assistance.
• Travel Notices: Travel notices placed in Pearl Wallet will remain active. Although you will not see any travel notices in the new Card Management tool that were added in Pearl Wallet, be assured it will remain active.
• Credit Card Payments: Pearl Wallet will still be available to make payments to your Pearl Hawaii credit card.
• Monitoring Teen Debit Cards: Parents can monitor their child’s Teen Debit Card with the new Card Management tool. Set up alerts and controls with the parent’s phone number and/or email address to receive notifications of card activity.
• Transaction Activity: Debit and Credit card transaction activity can be viewed in online and mobile banking by selecting the respective checking account or credit card loan.
