Our Member Telephone System (MTS)* gives you around-the-clock access to your accounts right from your touch-tone phone.

  • Review account balances
  • Verify transactions
  • Review Checks cleared
  • Transfer funds
  • Make loan payments and more…

To access our Member Telephone System (MTS), call 808.73.PHFCU (808-737-4328).

STEP 1

Please have your account number readily available. If you will be accessing loan information, you will also need the number that is associated with the loan type (these numbers can be found on your statement).

If you need assistance, please call us at 808-73-PHFCU (737-4328) and dial 0 to speak with a live person.

 

STEP 2

  • Call 808-73-PHFCU (737-4328) or toll-free 800-987-5583
  • Choose “1” to access our MTS System
  • Enter your Member Number
  • Enter your Access Code

 

STEP 3

CHOOSE AN OPTION

OPTION 1 |  Account & Loan Inquiries (see below)

OPTION 2 | Payments, Transfers & Withdrawals (see below)

OPTION 3 | New Member Number & Other Activities (see below)

3. Cleared Checks

  • 1. List of checks on your account
  • 2. Specific checks on your checking account

4. Loan Inquiries

  • 1. Balance & payment amounts on line-of-credit
  • 2. Balance & payment amounts on other loan
  • 3. Loan interest paid year-to-date

OPTION 2

1. Loan Payments

  • 1. From savings
  • 2. From checking
  • 3. From another account

2. Account Transfers

  • 1. Savings to Checking
  • 2. Checking to Savings
  • 3. Select account for transfer

3. Check Withdrawals

  • 1. Mail a check from savings
  • 2. Mail a check from a specified account

 

OPTION 3

1. To go to a different membership/member number

2. To change your PIN/Access Code

3. Stop Payment(s) (Press 1 to Stop payment on a single check)

4. Report a lost or stolen Debit/ATM card

5. For Savings & Loan Rate Quotes
